Jo is a Lecturer in HRM and IR at the University of Leicester, School of Management.
Her research focuses on the UK Pension Crisis, neoliberal ideology, and the role of working class agencies such as trade unions in resisting pension reform. She was awarded her PhD from Lancaster University in 2011.
